Pierre Refrigeration Services repairs commercial refrigeration in Snellville and across Gwinnett County. Walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines and display equipment can affect inventory and the day’s work when temperatures drift. Tell us the equipment type, current reading and what has changed; a diagnosis can identify the cause and the next repair decision.
-

Not sure which one you need?
The symptom does not always sit with the trade you would expect. A few that come up often:
- The kitchen is hot and the coolers are struggling. That is usually air, not refrigeration. If the hood is pulling more than the make-up air is replacing, the room runs hot and every cabinet in it loses capacity at once.
- A walk-in will not hold temperature. Refrigeration, and usually airflow inside it — an iced coil, a stopped condenser fan, or a door gasket that quietly stopped sealing.
- Two machines failed together. Rarely two faults. Look for what they share: a circuit, a hot room, or a delivery that loaded them both at once.
If it is still unclear, that is fine — describe what the equipment is doing and how long it has been doing it, and it gets sorted on site.
Diagnose the full picture
When a walk-in cooler stops cooling and the dining room is also running hot, the first job is measurement — which system failed, and whether repair still makes sense. For restaurants, both trades can be discussed on the same call so you are not coordinating two vendors for one building.
